The Four Pillars of Well-Being
Utilizing decades of research, our affiliate, the Center for Healthy Minds has identified four areas that contribute to well-being: awareness, connection, insight and purpose. Healthy Minds on Campus gives students an opportunity to engage in activities related to the four pillars to promote their well-being which translates to better physical and mental health!
Healthy Minds Program
Healthy Minds Innovations, a nonprofit affiliated with the Center for Healthy Minds, created the Healthy Minds Program, a smartphone application with podcast-style lessons and both seated and active meditations. Users can learn about the science behind well-being while also developing skills related to the four pillars of well-being!
