Healthy Minds on Campus gives students an opportunity to engage in activities related to the four pillars to promote their well-being which translates to better physical and mental health!
Healthy Minds ProgramHealthy Minds Innovations, a nonprofit affiliated with the Center for Healthy Minds, created the Healthy Minds Program, a smartphone application with podcast-style lessons and both seated and active meditations. Users can learn about the science behind well-being while also developing skills related to the four pillars of well-being!

The process of transformation – being vulnerable, challenging one’s assumptions, rebuilding and growing, constantly questioning and making connections – is where flourishing [seems] to reside for many students, and that’s the point. It looks unique for each person.
