Our Purpose

Healthy Minds on Campus evolved out of The Art and Science of Human Flourishing course with the purpose of providing a space for all students to discuss and learn about evidence-based practices and habits that support well-being, fostering individual and group mindfulness practices, and continuing to grow as students and healthy minded people.

The Four Pillars of Well-Being

Utilizing decades of research, our affiliate, the Center for Healthy Minds has identified four areas that contribute to well-being: awareness, connection, insight and purpose. Healthy Minds on Campus gives students an opportunity to engage in activities related to the four pillars to promote their well-being which translates to better physical and mental health!
Explore the four pillars of well-being
