The Well-being Guide is a comprehensive resource that explores holistic approaches to health, covering everything from nutrition and sleep to social connection and mindful living. It was created by 2024-2025 co-president Alaina Srivastav and contributed to by the Healthy Minds on Campus leadership team and various members of the Center for Healthy Minds community.
